After her warship sank in a mysterious freak accident, house-cat Captain Wendy resigned from the Navy and joined Food Boat, Inc., a merchant shipping fleet that serves food at ports around the world. However, competition is as brutal as naval warfare, and, with her slipshod crew, she must fend off enemies from not only other shipping companies but other countries' naval commands.
