Stomach butterflies: strange creatures coveted in the magic world for their immense power. Astrid and Maverick, two enemy wizards, discover that they each carry one half of the same butterfly. Driven by the need to escape their troubled pasts, they join forces to harness the butterfly’s strength while hiding their alliance from both sides of comrades.
