Four friends travel to Tokyo, where terrifying, strange monsters and slimes suddenly emerge from the water and begin attacking people. While fighting these creatures to survive, one of the friends, Vijay, gets infected. As his body turns black and undergoes bizarre changes, the friends must figure out how to escape this deadly peril and save Tokyo from the catastrophe.
