Winter Young, an outcast girl who has had a rough life was granted superpowers one day. After witnessing the death of her best friend, she vowed to destroy any evil-doers who abuse the powers they possess. Though she made this her life goal, Winter soon learns to move on and cope with her loss with the help of Kalen, a young head chef who also possesses unhumanly powers that she coincidently stumbles across, helping her unravel her trauma and supporting her throughout all her adventures.
