Regan Black is a Supernatural Investigator for hire in the 1930s. She helps people discover and expel the unexplained that go bump in the night for a fee (she ain't no saint). Except, she can explain these things...and they aren't what they seem. Regan has the ability to see and communicate with these mischievious spirits and must find ways to relocate them to somewhere less harmful.
