The Gods decide to destroy the world as we know it and build it anew. Ultimately they argue over how to create this new world and some of them still have a soft spot for the existing life, so they decide to settle it the best way they know how, a game. In this game every God must select a human, cast down and save them from the apocalypse offering them an ultimatum; live to survive in the new world with their “Blessing” or die.
