This is a fan-made comic series I had started working on a few years back. There is no text, because I had never finished it. I thought that if I published it then maybe people would enjoy it enough to want a finished story, with more recent inks rather than pencils, and definitely the art would be better, such as my comics PINEHARDT and THE INVADER. This comic focuses around Batman's investigation into a new detective who joins the GCPD, who oddly looks like the Joker, but claims he isn't.
