Bara Kudo is an 18 year old detective living in the Kanto region of Japan. His life consists of aimlessly solving murders quicker than the police, until one day Bara is dragged back to a defining moment of his past. The 'shogi killer' has returned and Bara must be the one to solve the case and expose the truth. To do this he must relive his past and finish what he started 4 years prior. Can he do it?
