We all know that the world is a cruel, cruel place. It mercilessly casts aside anyone who can't fit themselves into the mold. But what if those people don't want to fit in anyways? Welcome to the home for those who don't fit in. Welcome to the home for arsonists, vandals, thieves and outcasts. Welcome to Babylon. (Note: This comic is very much in progress.
