Ayami Academy follows a group of high school students attending a not so happy school where certain individuals possess unique abilities known as manipulations. These powers range from subtle to extremely dangerous, and students are pushed to train, compete, and discover the limits of what they can do. At the center of the story is a thrill seeking semi-psycho that finds out about a girl who is practically the embodiment of chaos (but she holds back on her power). The story balances intense training and action with quieter, emotional moments, exploring trust, insecurity, ambition, and what it really means to be “strong.” As new students, relationships, and challenges enter their lives, the line between ally and enemy isn’t always clear
