In the 1800’s, all of the oceans of the world are filled with ocean kingdoms, all ruled by one city called Skatoria. and when the prince is born with an eel tail, he is shunned from by both his parents and kept under wraps. Years later he is seen by the public and banished from his home. He soon finds a magical sword, and goes on an epic quest to become a true Merman, along the way fighting and forming friendships. But soon the secrets of his past will come to light and show a whole new truth.
