What is reality and what is nightmare in this upside-down world? Eden was locked away in a padded cell and forgotten by all but the sadistic staff of St. Anthony’s Institute for the Mentally Unstable. For as long as she can remember, she’s suffered at the hands of the villainous head doctor, Noble Clement, and his army of besotted nurses, fending off his advances and her crippling hallucinations alike as she tries to navigate a world increasingly spiraling into madness.
