In a world where magic exists by using a technology called "artefact", strange characters suddenly appear in the City of the World. Their particularity ? They can create magic from their own hands. This event will push the King’s envoy to investigate and delve into the History of his own kingdom which is, perhaps, not as clear and irrecusable as the books can suggest.
