Kodias, a twenty-one-year-old brother of seven, faces the unforgiving wasteland between district conflicts and the ever-changing lands, or the sound of his brother, Lucius's shrieks echoing through the valley from his sister's latest prank. He wasn't expecting much to change, that was until he was faced with a young scared soldier. One sudden act rippled through the wasteland, entwining the districts. He found himself both estranged and debilitated all because of a simple act of mercy.
