Humans aren't supposed to know that dragons exist, but for Phoebe Willis they're very real. After inheriting her deceased aunt's house, she unexpectedly becomes a landlord of dragon tenants. Besides driving her nuts and getting her leftover pizza stolen, they have put her in more danger than she'd like to admit. With her life turned upside down, Phoebe needs to navigate around dragon politics, rival clans, and discover a deeper connection to all of this besides them just living under her roof.
