In 2024 the 3rd world war happened one day their was the biggest explosion of all some got shelter and some didn't those who didn't where turned into mutants they weren't deformed, simply...changed advanced The story of As Hell Freezes Over, follows a young girl, Camilla Navarro(Camy) the humans went into hiding Camilla being one of them but one day when injured members of the shelter comes back she cant stand to sit still and watch the world burn anymore and she leaves to make a difference.
