It's about these toons who live in Toonsville - a vibrant community located in scenic _______ where rejected and unwanted toons are thrown away to. So, they venture off to the real world to escape the rejected life and become cartoon stars. Instead of glitz-n-glammer Hollywood, the toons end up in Queens, where they meet a family of mostly artists (The Artegas) and decide to stay with them hoping that they can help each other make it big.
