Based on the year 2146, post world war 3, a group of the world's most elite are blasted with a new antimatter sustance which gives them super powers, after an invention was tempered with resulting in an explotion. However, not all of them will use their powers for good, so it is up to a group of young antiheros to join together to keep the peace.
