In a dystopian world where almost all the population have powers. Heroes suddenly popped up, but along with them also popped up villains. Villains ravaged the world that was not used to powers. Heroes stood up against the villains, helping the government in stabilizing the country. In that world 100 years after that the mc is born. After a traumatic event in his childhood, a wicked cursed desire took hold of his mind. After getting into high school these urges burst through.
