Zoa, a college student living a calm life, finds her city sky view suddenly filled with floating sea creatures. Zoa learns that she has been "blessed" by a powerful entity and she must now that on their responsibilities. Zoa will have to learn how to use how her gifted powers to face and reach head to head with others who seek her powers. Zoa is no god, but she is determined to protect her home and friends.
