Anomalous features two childhood friends, Val and Levin. Soon after his mother's passing, his father is stricken with grief leading to Val moving away with him without warning. Many years later, the two happily reunite, but not without the feeling of doubt creeping in. Beginning to question their friendship, memories of hardships during their time apart starts to take its toll. How these doubts affect them will reveal themselves as the story unfolds.
