The message carved on the bark of the tree caused the roots of their ancestors to grow and spread out from their hearts, the pain was great and the day their souls were tainted would forever be remembered, for it was also the day a long forgotten power awoke within them. With that power came a responsibility to grant a wish made by the ancestors of old, a wish that came with a hefty price. Is this path the right one to walk?
