While Francis was learning how to skate, he accidentally knocked someone out, who soon changed his live completely. Meanwhile something strange happens around the small town he and his friends live in. One after another, strange people appear who seem to have amnesia, but no-one has ever seen them before. What is going on around here? And what is this so called "Blue-Amnesia" , everyone keeps talking about?
