In Luxely, a city ran beneath the stars, the untimely passing of a beloved superstar awakens its citizens to a flaw of a system they thought was perfect. The elected officials scramble to manage the now angered citizens in the wake of an upcoming election, as well as a new rising superstar that wasn't planned.
