In Taiwan, being frugal and budget-conscious is considered a major virtue. Also, recycling correctly is a requirement by law, punishable with hefty fines. Not in America, though! I also buy those giant bottles of Moscato from grocery stores for $9 and add vodka to it. I'll admit, that's pretty ghetto, but I don't care. I like the taste, but it's weak, so why pay more?
