Commander Sletch and Gak have been sent to Earth to conquer the planet in the name of the VOX Empire. The planet Earth is in the midst of it's iceage. The VOX has sent them here in the hopes that a planet during its iceage should have no resistance. The two have an abysmal track record for planet conquering. As it turns out, there is one lone evolved human on the planet. This human has also stolen the flag of the VOX Empire. Without the flag, the planet cannot be conquered.
