AGNUS was a government agency created to cover up the existence of powers and magic. People with powers and magical abilities were called the gifted. The gifted were trained by AGNUS from very young ages to use their abilities for secret government operations. Prime Crowborn, a 16 year old gifted with a variety of electric based powers was adopted by General Crowborn, the founder of AGNUS. Prime assembles her own team of teenage gifted agents, team B-Zero.
