On Earth-813, metahumans have been outlawed to the sister planet of Sanctuary, however, some of them refuse to leave without conflict. Black Jack Tarr and Clive Reston hire a small strike force to 'encourage' them to leave. Agent Zero, Wyatt Wingfoot, and Tag attend this meeting and each seem to have different opinions on the proposed mission.
