What seems like a peaceful city is plagued by secret society of villains, aimed on their own personal agenda to gain money and power through any means. With every yin, there’s a yang, and FENRIR, a special unit of the police composed of geniuses and eccentrics, handles the nearly impossible to solve cases in the city. Detective Fyodor Ruan, a member of the unit possesses an unusual ability that gives every villain shivers down their spine.
