In America, there is a twenty-two year old man who is afraid of everything. On the other side of the world, a soldier is introduced to a task force that's dedicated to hunting and eradicating those with inhuman abilities. Closer to home, an orphan’s hatred for humanity has grown to dangerous heights. “Afraid” is a story about three people who live in fear and what they will do to free themselves of it.
