A girl, who at a early age had her blood and DNA messed up by substances from scientist, decides to become a "hero". Unlike other Heroes, she find the most wanted men in her city and assassins them and marks their wanted poster. While dealing with that, she goes to College for Art and works a part-time job. She also saves people from other things on the side. She meets people who she'd never would've imaged.
