He has been on the run since he was 16; how does he get away with it? He eats those he kills. Now he has managed to sneak into New York to meet with his twin sister when he is encountered by a famous gang leader. This fateful meeting leads Ricin down a path where he will find out he is not the biggest fish in the pond.
