Two twins (Connor and Yuli) where both born from an experiment with the intention of creating a half ACE, half human child. Connor and Yuli were the only successful experiments and were forced to grow up in government facilities with no interaction with the outside world. One day a mad government Scientist decides to send Yuli to School for a social experiment.
