A-Ward is my first ever zine, documenting my experience being admitted to A Ward, a mental health unit. Through raw reflection and visual storytelling, it explores institutionalisation, survival, and receiving diagnoses including Schizoaffective Disorder, CPTSD, anxiety, depression, and DID. This work holds truth, vulnerability, and the beginning of self-understanding.
