Following his escape from prison, Mimic the Octopus tries to keep a low profile in order to avoid being caught by the police, Whisper, or Dr. Eggman. But one night, Mimic lets his guard down and is arrested. Fortunately for him, Sergeant Rouge, an army recruiter, is willing to get him out of jail... if he joins the Mobius Army Corps.
