A-OKei! is about cars, and mainly focuses on "kei cars". Kei cars are a special class of vehicle only found in Japan. The jokes are mostly car oriented with some anime references here and there. This comic's target audience are car enthusiasts who want a little laugh, while maybe learning a thing or two about Japanese cars (and maybe cars in general)
