When Layla, a terminally ill girl, meets a ghost, she fears it's a sign she's at death's door. Yet, she's surprised to find he may be her salvation. Temporarily removed from his body, Argo, the ghost, explains he's actually an immortal who knows a way to save her life. With nothing to lose, she turns to magic and joins Argo in a quest to save her life as they begin a hunt for a witch.
