The 9 Rings from the planet of Brutala are very powerful rings that give the user special abilities. However the user of the Ring must be chosen by the Ring. Ghost, the possessor of the Ring of power, is one of the members of the order of Brutala. The order is dedicated to protecting earth from "natural" catastrophe.
