It is called the Dogon universe due to the Dogon Galatic Federation or DGF which controls most of the galaxseas. DGF rose to power by bringing order to the cosmos. There are many types of DGF forces the most common are known for their blue-grey uniforms, conical hats, and the Dogon symbol on their chest.
