After a war approximately 100 years ago between persons with powers (Mancers) and those without, a section of land was taken by the Mancers and proclaimed as "City 33" walls were erected arounnd its perimeter, effectively sealing the occupants within - Since this time, a relative peace reigned but things have begun to change. Strange disappearences, sounds of fighting, screams from outside the walls. To what end?
