Summary of 2 Cool too fools This is a story about two cops who solve crimes in a funny and messed up way. One of the cops is Levi a smart pessimistic detective that is able to pick up clues and solve crimes. Lance is an overconfident dim wit that seems to have dumb luck in solving many cases with his partner.Together they are a weird and unstoppable force that break all logic when executing the law literally its in the title :()
