Neo Hockenheim is a sprawling, futuristic metropolis where towering skyscrapers and neon-lit streets stretch endlessly into the sky. The city is a melting pot, home to both humans and a variety of alien species, creating a vibrant but tense coexistence. Beneath the surface, however, lies a deep-rooted corruption. The city is primarily controlled by a ruthless government that exploits its citizens and favors the wealthy elite, while the poor and downtrodden struggle to survive in the shadows.
