It can be difficult when it feels like you're the only sane one in a wacky group of friends. But for Rito, this problem is life threatening. Trapped in a bizarre alternate world where airships float the sky, humans are born with unnatural abilities, and things like bubble gum monsters and drones controlled by hand puppets besiege his high school, Rito has to juggle his desire to get home with the pressing attitudes of his overly carefree pals.
